Shipping policy

Welcome to Mikander Sports Cards online store! The following shipping terms apply to all orders placed through our website.

Shipping & Delivery Costs

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days from the date of purchase. Weekends and public holidays may delay processing and shipping times. Please monitor your email in case we need additional information regarding your order.

At checkout, you will see up-to-date shipping methods and their respective costs. Shipping costs are added to the order total based on the selected delivery option.

Shipping fees are based on the current pricing from Posti (Finnish Postal Service), with an additional €0.40 packaging and handling fee per shipment.

Free shipping on all orders over €150 within Finland!
Orders over €150 qualify for free shipping, which also includes tracking.

Delivery Time

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and the chosen shipping method. For domestic orders within Finland, the estimated delivery time is usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.

If there are any exceptions to delivery times, they will be indicated on the product pages or at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us by email at mikander.sportscards@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and arrange a refund or replacement as needed.

Customs and Taxes (International Orders)

For orders delivered outside of Finland, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be charged upon delivery in accordance with the destination country's regulations.
