Mikander Sports Cards uses Shopify’s technology to provide these Services to you.

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product or service. Mikander Sports Cards reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Mikander Sports Cards may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel your order, we will try to inform you using the contact details you provided at the time of order.
Returns and exchanges are only possible in accordance with our Return Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchase is for personal or household use only, not for commercial resale or export.
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price in effect at the time of order, which will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import duties.
As a rule, margin taxation is applied to sales within Finland and the EU, meaning the sale prices do not include deductible VAT. Margin taxation is applied according to the Finnish Tax Administration's guidelines VH/6653/00.01.00/2024, VH/7005/00.01.00/2024, and VH/5995/00.01.00/2024. If the products do not qualify for margin taxation, general VAT rules (as defined in the Finnish VAT Act) apply, and in such cases, the prices include VAT (25.5%).
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information. You agree to promptly update your information, including email, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, to ensure we can process your transactions and contact you if needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete, (ii) you have the right to use such card, (iii) your card issuer will honor the charges, and (iv) you will pay all applicable costs, including listed prices, shipping and handling, and any taxes.
Customers can pay for their orders using the available payment methods in the shopping cart. The payment service providers are Klarna AB, Shopify Payments, and PayPal.
Klarna Payments
With Klarna Checkout, shopping is safe and effortless. The available payment options include invoice, installment payment, online banking, and the most common credit and debit cards (Finland).

Mobile Pay
If you choose MobilePay as your payment method, your payment will be charged directly via the MobilePay app. The transaction is secure and confirmed using your mobile device.
You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online payments in the app settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet are charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If the charge to the linked payment card fails, payment with the MobilePay wallet will not be possible in the online store.

Shopify Payments
Shopify Payments provides an easy and secure payment service for customers in Europe. Accepted payment methods include the most common payment cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment is also possible via Apple Pay and Google Pay.
The terms of the Shopify Payments service are publicly available and can be reviewed during the checkout process.
PayPal
PayPal is a globally recognized and trusted payment service that allows you to pay either with your PayPal account or directly with the most common credit cards without registration. PayPal offers additional security for online purchases and protected payment options.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you when we hand over the products to the carrier.
The Services may include links or embedded content from third-party websites. We do not review or control these materials and are not responsible for their content or accuracy.
Use of third-party sites is at your own risk. Read their policies carefully before engaging in any transaction. Complaints or concerns should be directed to the relevant third party.
Mikander Sports Cards uses Shopify’s services to provide our Services. However, all transactions are directly between you and Mikander Sports Cards.
By using our Services, you agree that Shopify is not liable for any part of your transactions or related issues. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to purchases made via Mikander Sports Cards.

You agree to indemnify Mikander Sports Cards and associated parties from any losses, damages, or claims arising from your breach of these Terms or use of the Services.
We may assume control of any claim at your expense and require your cooperation.
If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the rest shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that right.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mikander Sports Cards.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
